| Details: | SUMMARY: Rehash 1994 SWTR AO - RTCd 1.23.97 DETAILS: (The AO and RTC sheet is at the back of the WS file) Colton was given an AO after the 1993 CPE found that Colton could not reliably treat water to SWTR turbidity requirements. It was granted only 1.5 log reduction credit. While Colton is now rated at a 2.0 log reduction plant, they are actually still struggling to meet even more strict SWTR requirements now (0.3 NTU 95% of the time, Never > 1 NTU). ACTION NEEDED: Monitor SWTR results, and consider another Administrative Order. Fix Flocculator paddles, among other package plant deficiencies. |
