| Details: | SUMMARY: LT-2 ESWTR and Stage 2 DBPR Assistance DETAILS: The system requested assistance with the LT-2 ESWTR plan that was due by 7/1/08 to the USEPA. He also wanted help with this Stage 2 DBP 40/30 certification plan that was due 4/1/08. The USEPA has them in violation of failing to meet both deadlines. I met with David and provided an overview of both rules and what is required. We visited the filtration plant and verified where he will be collecting raw samples. I explained that he was in violation of missing both deadlines and he stated he never received the information from the EPA. We completed the LT-2 monitoring schedules and forms for him to submit to the USEPA. I also assisted him in completing the Stage 2 40/30 forms. We reviewed water system data to determine site locations for Stage 2 Monitoring in the future. We completed all the forms to be submitted to the USEPA and he will send them in to Wendy Marshall.
