| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up on non reporting violation DETAILS: discussed again with Wanda how the 4 samples taken on 6/13/08 were reported as routine instead of repeat samples. She said she will call the lab to change the type of designation. Sent her a flow chart for coliform bacteria sampling requirements for reference. Discussed how every TC sample taken must include a free chlorine residual reading on each lab slip. ACTION NEEDED: Wanda will ask the lab to change sample type for samples taken 6/13/08. She will draw 4 more temporary routine samples by the end of July for a total of 5 temporary routine samples and report the free chlorine residual on the lab slips. Water lab confirmed on 9/16/08 that they amended the June 13, 2008 samples by changing them to repeat samples. They sent the amended letter to the state in August. System has since M/R the required 5 temporary routines on 7/15/08 & 7/29/08 all were absent for TC. In addition the August 2008 TC sample was monitored on 8/11/08 and absent. Free chlorine residual has been consistently increased as requested since the 6/06/08 TC positive sample. The operator has been instructed to report free chlorine residual for all TC samples submitted. Violation resolved. | ||
