| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation for Reporting DETAILS: Called system and spoke with Tony Debone 7/25/08. Discussed missed coliform samples. Did not hear from system for several days and called back and discussed with Chuck Lee. Missing samples were taken immediately after first contact. Results absent. Discussed required routine sampling. System is only open 2nd & 3rd qtr. ACTION NEEDED: Continue taking 2nd & 3rd qtr coliform and annual nitrate. | ||
