| Details: | SUMMARY: Sampling requirements sent to new owner DETAILS: Budget Inn (formerly known as Crater Lake Motel) is subject to a re-opening with a new owner named Jack William. On July 17, 2008 KCEHD composed a letter for the system explaining cliform and nitrate sampling requirements. A reference chart was added for the sampling schedules for Transient non-community systems, including arsenic, nitrate and coli form bacteria. ACTION NEEDED: Arsenic must be sampled for once, nitrate on a yearly basis and coliform bacteria should be sampled quarterly since it is an underground system. | ||
