| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed water rights DETAILS: Doug, previous owner, who has a lien on the property called to say that he had water rights for the spring on the hill. We discussed that the current owners are using the stream for water. They are required to comply with the drinking water rules for surface water, post public notice and have water rights. ACTION NEEDED: Sent a copy of the letter to the Laibles dated June 23, 2008 to Doug La Salle. | ||
