| Details: | SUMMARY: Investigation regarding lack of monitoring/reporting DETAILS: Worden Café has not been sampling and/or reporting for nitrate on a quarterly schedule. I spoke with Brigit on the phone today as a reminder that the system is on a quarterly sampling schedule for nitrate. She stated that a nitrate and coliform sample was taken recently through Spring Street Analytical water lab in Klamath Falls. I called Spring Street Analytical to confirm the sample was taken and was informed that the nitrate sample was taken on June 25th. The sample results have not been determined yet. I informed Brigit that July 1 was the beginning of 3rd quarter 2008 and that another nitrate sample must be taken between July 1 and September 30th ACTION NEEDED: Worden Care has collected a second quarter 2008 nitrate water sample. To return to compliance they must collect a third quarter sample which begins on July 1st until September 30th | ||
