| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform violation for non reporting DETAILS: I initially discussed the non reporting violation with Don Beckman, the new owner/contact person of Foster MHP on 7/16/08. Don said that he would relay the info to Bob McCaughern, 916-933-1062. I met with Bob on 7/24/08 and he did not know the system was delinquent for coliform bacteria M/R. I went over in detail how and where to draw samples. Bob and I together went through the park and put together a new coliform bacteria sampling plan as there are many vacant spaces. I recommended that they install dedicated sample taps or at least improve upon the existing sample taps outside hose bibs used at each space. Bob and his son-in-law who has apparently extensive experience with public water system monitoring and operation and maintenance agreed. Bob with the son-in-laws assistance will sample at the wellhead for a special raw water sample required by the AO and at Cabin B where Bob is now staying for convenience until sites are improved upon.
