| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed sampling requirements for coliform DETAILS: Sample results from 6/27/08 showed presence of coliform. Explained: Because it is now July it is too late to draw 4 repeat samples (due same month as bad results) Go ahead and draw 5 routine samples. Explained failure to draw repeats in June puts system in violation. She complained that her lab failed to call her with notice of results and that she had only received results in the mail on 7/7/08. Also she had turned up chlorine level to range of 2.0 for part of day but believed bad result may have been due to draw coming from sink faucet with a flow restrictor on it. Requested that if any of 5 routine showed coliforms to call me immediately for discussion. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
