Details: SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Response - MCL Violation for Nov. DETAILS: Spoke with Tracy. Informed her that the two TC positive repeat sample results meant that there was an MCL violation for November. Discussed public notice requirements. Faxed her the public notice template. Will discuss the low chlorine residuals with the operator, Deven. ACTION NEEDED: PWS to distribute public notice, send dated copy to DWP, collect five routine samples in December.
