Details: SUMMARY: Failure to sample total coliform in secong quarter of 2008 DETAILS: 7/18/08 I left a message for Bob requesting that he call me. 7/24/08 A routine coliform sample was collected. I left another message for Bob requesting that he call me. 7/25/08 The routine coliform sample submitted yesterday tested negative for total coliform. I spoke with the maintenance staff in detail concerning bacteria and chemical sampling requirements for the system. They will make sure that all samples are submitted on time in the future. ACTION NEEDED: Routine coliform samples need to be submitted on a quarterly basis.
