| Details: | SUMMARY: E.coli violation as result of postive samples in second quarter DETAILS: I encouraged this system to install continuous chlorination. After the instillation in July they continued to collect coliform positive samples. I visited the system on 7/23/08 and determined that positive samples are likely continuing to occur as a result of poor sampling technique. Five temporary routine samples collected on 7/24/08 tested negative for total coliform. ACTION NEEDED: Routine quarterly coliform samples need to be submitted. The system chlorine residual needs to be monitored on a daily basis and maintained. Proper sample collection technique needs to be practiced. | ||
