| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation for failure to submit coliform sample in second quarter 2008 DETAILS: 7/18/08 I spoke with Claude who informed me that he has contracted with Affordable Pump to have them collect routine samples. He will call the pump company to see why a sample was not collected. I scheduled a survey of the system while speaking with Claude. 7/23/08 - I conducted a survey of the system. A passing coliform sample was collected on 7/21/08 by Affordable Pump. They will be conducting routine coliform sampling from now on. ACTION NEEDED: Routine coliform samples need to be submitted on a quarterly basis. | ||
