| Details: | SUMMARY: Failure to submit routine coliform in second quarter 2008 DETAILS: 7/18/08 - I called and left a message requesting that Maria call me. 7/23/08 - A routine coliform and nitrate sample were submitted. The coliform sample tested negative. I talked to Maria and reminded her that she needs to continue to collect quarterly samples. ACTION NEEDED: Routine coliform samples need to be collected on a quarterly basis. | ||
