| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation for failing to collect a second quarter 2008 coliform sample DETAILS: 7/23/08 - A sample was collected late, July 1st, for the second quarter 2008. I called Marilee and explained that samples must be collected within the quarter that they are due. I suggested always sampling at the beginning of the quarter to help resolve the problem of being late. I explained that the sample collected on July 1st will count for the third quarter. ACTION NEEDED: Routine coliform samples need to be collectd on a quarterly basis within the quarter that they are due. | ||
