| Details: | SUMMARY: Boil Notice DETAILS: 6 samples taken from the Westport/Wauna area on 11/17/08 indicated the absence of coliform bacteria. I told Calven that they could notify customers that the results showed an absence of coliform bacteria, but that the precautionary boil water notice was still in effect, since the conditions of the system had not permanently changed - only shock chlorination had been done. He will take more coliform samples on Thursday as part of their routine monitoring. ACTION NEEDED: System to remain on precautionary boil water notice until permanent measures are in place to provide a reliable source of potable water. | ||
