| Details: | SUMMARY: none DETAILS: System had violation for non reporting coliform for 2nd quarter 2008. Called owner Kathy and discussed. Checked with lab and two samples taken on June 10th one from RV park and one from Resort. Lab incorrectly labeled both samples with RV park id # 94862 ACTION NEEDED: Move resort sample from 6/10 from RV park database to Resort. . System meeds to continue taking 2 quarterly samples/yr. 2nd and 3rd quarter. | ||
