| Details: | SUMMARY: Low water pressure complaint DETAILS: A tenant living on Albert Street claimed that the water pressure has been low for the last two weeks. I asked if the pressure is low today? The pressure is okay. I talked to the Manager and she is not aware of any pressure problems. No construction activity. A lot of lawn watering. She believes the pressure has not dropped below 20 psi. She checked spaces 47, 56, 76c on Albert Street and the pressures ranged 30-35 psi. currently there is lawn watering. The normal pressure is 35-45 psi. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor for more complaints. | ||
