Details: SUMMARY: Failure to submit routine coliform sample second quarter 2008 DETAILS: Matt Richardson of Kinetico Quality Water Systems confirmed that Cascade Ranch had contracted with them to collect quarterly coliform samples. They collected a sample on 7/17/08 (see attached analysis). Because they did not use a public water system lab form the results were not reported and do not appear in SDWIS. I informed Matt that they need to fill out a public water supply form when they submit routine samples. I contacted Neilson and requested that they send the results late with their next batch of results. ACTION NEEDED: system needs to continue to submit routine coliform samples on a quarterly basis.
