| Details: | SUMMARY: Sanitary Seal DETAILS: During the water system survey on 7/15/08 it was noted that the sanitary seal on the well head was not water tight. Luke, owner/operator, had Judsons plumbing replace the sanitary seal on 7/16/08. Luke called me on 7/17/08 to let me know it had been replaced. I made a field visit on 7/17/08 and verified the seal was replaced. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
