| Details: | SUMMARY: Failure to collect routine coliform in second quarter 2008 DETAILS: 7/10/08 - I met with church staff on site and explained the sampling protocol. I demonstrated proper sampling technique, collected a sample and submitted it to the lab. The sample passed. The issue of sampling responsibility was readdressed. I spoke with property owner Frank Surma who the church leases from. Although there are two other building in the complex that share the well, the public water system status is a result of the churchs usage. Sampling at this time will remain the churches responsibility. ACTION NEEDED: Routine coliform samples need to be submitted on a quarterly basis. | ||
