| Details: | SUMMARY: TCR violation resolved DETAILS: Bob Strassner, secondary contact for the water system, called to notify our office that a TCR water sample had been submitted to the local lab on 6/17/08. The results were faxed to the State Drinking Water program on 6/19/08. A violation resulted due to the results not being entered into the SDWIS data base. The test results were re-submitted on 7/24/08 and are now on display on the SDWIS data base. ACTION NEEDED: Violation resolved. No further action. | ||
