| Details: | SUMMARY: Non reporting violation for coliform in 2nd quarter 2008 DETAILS: Louis states that he did turn in a sample in June. At the same time he turned in a few other samples for his private dairy. He thinks the samples all got logged in as Dairy samples. Louie will check with Waterlab to see what happened and report back to me. He will have Waterlab correct error and send results to DHS - DWP ASAP ACTION NEEDED: Wait for call from Louie and check on SDWIS. System N/R for 3rd quarter TC on 8/5/08. Violation resolved. | ||
