| Details: | SUMMARY: none DETAILS: Since the April water survey, operator Colleen, commented that the chlorine injection has been moved post treatment where some CT had been provided. Some discussion as to the value of continuing chlorination. ACTION NEEDED: Return chlorine injection to the approved point as per plan review and maintain 0.5 mg/L as per 10/15/08 approval letter. As the bacteria history of the water system is not clear requested that a year of untreated sample results be evaluated before considering abandonment of chlorine disinfection. Mark sample paper work as "special" in this instance when submitting non chlorinated non treated raw water. | ||
