| Details: | SUMMARY: Zero chlorine residual reported on three routine coliform samples DETAILS: Three routine coliform samples were taken 09/08/08 with no reported chlorine residuals. I contacted John Robarge and he said he recorded the readings in his field notes, but failed to write them on the lab report form. Michelle Van Kleeck confirmed with Pyxis labs that they did not receive any chlorine residual information and that they had mailed the system forms that had a 0 already typed in the space for the chlorine concentration. John read me the chlorine concentrations he had in his field notes over the phone, which ranged from 0.6 mg/l to 1.0 mg/l. ACTION NEEDED: System to report chlorine residuals with coliform results regardless of what is already populated on the lab form. Pyxis labs will discontinue sending out forms with the chlorine concentration pre-populated. | ||
