| Details: | SUMMARY: Questions regarding water systems regulations DETAILS: Property owner, Jim Elder, had questions. Why is Post Office considered a public water system subject to regulation? Are the other 2 users determined to be public water systems also? I answered these questions on the phone with Mr. Elder. Mr. Elder believes that there may be fewer than 10 people utilizing this water system and only 3 service connections. He plans to investigate. ACTION NEEDED: Coos County Public Health recommends that the users of the system form a legal entity that can collectively manage the operations of the water system. | ||
