| Details: | SUMMARY: 2nd notice for nitrate monitoring and reporting requirements DETAILS: Sent letter stating :Did not meet reporting requirements for nitrates during sampling periods Jan.1, 2001 - Dec 31, 2007. Immediately collect a nitrate sample taken from the entry point to the distribution system. Submit a copy of the results to the DWP. Check testing records. If you have records for nitrates being sampled in the compliance period, submit a copy to the DWP and be sure to include your PWS# on all results to get credit for testing. These steps are necessary to return to compliance. ACTION NEEDED: Failure to respond may lead to enforcement action. | ||
