| Details: | SUMMARY: Total coliform positive follow up DETAILS: Spoke with Ed about the five routines required during October, 2008 due to the total coliform positive sample in September, 2008. No routines were taken during October as required. I explained to Ed the rule requirement to follow up a positive with five routines the following month in addition to the four requried repeat samples within 24 hours. ACTION NEEDED: Ed agreed to take the five routine total coliform samples during November 2008. | ||
