| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up of total coliform positive DETAILS: Spoke with Ed regarding the need to take five routine total coliform samples during the month of October, as indicated during conversations in September 2008 following a total coliform positive in September. Only one routine was taken during October 2008. I explained the rule requirement to take 5 routines the month following a positive in addition to the four repeat samples. ACTION NEEDED: Ed agreed to take 5 total coliform routines during the month of November. | ||
