| Details: | I called and spoke with Darrell Ryan from Inglis Water Coop Water System regarding the positive total coliform test result from June 10. I told Darrell that 3 Repeat samples and 1 Triggered/source sample would be required. Darrell mentioned that those 4 total samples had already been brought into Alexin Lab in Tigard, Oregon, and advised that I contact Alexin to confirm this. Note: I tried calling Inglis Water Coop earlier in the week regarding this issue, but the listed phone number was "disconnected or no longer in service." The completed Alexin lab form of the June 10th sample result was forwarded to me from the State DWS, and I called the phone number for Darrell listed on that form. Update: 6/19/2020 - I spoke with Alexin lab, and their representative told me that Inglis Water Coop did collect 3 repeat samples and 1 triggered sample, they were forwarded to State DWS. |
