| Details: | SUMMARY: TCR violations for 7/9/08 #coli.5360 and 7/14/08 #coli.5385 DETAILS: 7/15/08 Spoke with manager at hotel and discussed public notices and the requirements for boil water advisories. Templates were faxed to the facility. The manager said they were still trying to figure out where the source of contamination was. ACTION NEEDED: Post boil water notice and hand deliver to all guests. Take 5 repeat samples next month. | ||
