| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: 7/30/08 - Called operator and discussed positive sample. Discussed procedure to take 4 repeat samples the following day and 5 routine samples the following month. She was told that any additional follow up would depend on the results of the repeat samples. 8/12/08: Repeat samples came back positive for total coliform. The operator sanitized the well and took 5 routine samples which were negative. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor for compliance. | ||
