| Details: | The facility has a new operator. He let me know that the lab sampled at the facility but it has been closed since March with the executive order. The facility is planning to re-open in phase two. Clackamas County is currently in phase 1. I let the operator know to be sure to get a clean sample before they re-open but if no one is at the facility, there is no need for follow up samples at this time. | ||
