| Details: | SUMMARY: MCL violation for TCR DETAILS: 6/13/08 TCT violation and repeat sample violation (repeat samples were not taken within 24 hours). 7/11/08 I spoke to owner and discussed repeat and routine sample requirements. He said he had already taken repeat samples and they were all negative. Repeat samples were turned in. ACTION NEEDED: Take and report samples in a timely manner. | ||
