| Details: | SUMMARY: Temporary routine sample collected 7/17/08 tested positive for total coliform DETAILS: 7/22/08 I spoke with Peggy and suggested that she get some estimates on a continuous chlorination system. She is going to do that and get back to me. 7/29/08 Peggy is having Affordable Pump install a continuous chlorination system. She has contacted Scott Curry concerning plan review. 8/12/08 Scott Curry approved the plans. Peggy will call me when the installation is complete. 9/2/08 I called Peggy and learned they are working on installing the chlorination system now. 9/24/08 I spoke with Peggy and she said that chlorination system was installed on 9/22/08. I requested she collect a fourth quarter routine sample on 10/1/08 (assuming that the system has been running a consistent chlorine residual). ACTION NEEDED: A routine coliform sample needs to be submitted for the fourth quarter of 2008. | ||
