| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up regarding 8/7/08 TC positive routine DETAILS: The system had a total coliform positive. The operator batch chlorinated the reservoir and pulled repeats after the residuals were zero and all of the repeats were negative. ACTION NEEDED: When I spoke to Tammy in the past I asked that our office be consulted with prior to batch chlorinating. She said she did try to get in touch with me but I was out of town for the week. I reminded her that there are other EHS people on staff who could help her in an emergency situation. I spoke with her about needing 5 routines in September. Another reminder regarding being late on their VOC,SOC,ARS, test that was due in 2007. | ||
