Details: SUMMARY: Routine sample on 9/24/08 tested positive for total DETAILS: 9/29/08 Neilson Research informed me that the system contacted them and is planning on submitting four repeat samples on 9/30/08. 10/01/08 four repeat samples submitted on 9/29/08 tested negative for total coliform. I left a voice mail for Phillip reminding him of the need to submit five temporary routine samples in the month of October. ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routine samples need to be submitted in the month of October.
