| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform tested on 9/10/08 DETAILS: 9/12/08 This constitutes an MCL violation. I informed Ron that a Tier Two public notice will have to be posted within 30 days (preferably in the form of a letter sent to parents). After delaying their continuous chlorination plans to see if the problem could be resolved by shock chlorination, the system has decided to proceed with the original plan of installing a continuous chlorination system already completed plan review. No temporary chlorination will be conducted prior to the installation of the new system. ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routine samples need to be collected in the month of October. | ||
