| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform on 9/15/08 DETAILS: 9/15/08 I left a voice mail for Anna notifying her of the sample results and reminding her of the need to collect four repeat samples. 9/16/08 I spoke with Anna and all four repeat samples tested negative for total coliform. She is not sure why the routine sample might have been positive. I reminded her that five temporary routine samples need to be submitted in the month of October. ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routine samples need to be submitted in the month of October. | ||
