Details: SUMMARY: Positive total coliform on 9/11/08 DETAILS: 9/11/08 Four repeat samples were submitted to Neilson Research Inc. 9/12/08 Four repeat samples tested negative for total coliform. I left a voice mail for Greg reminding him to collect five temporary routine samples in the month of October. ACTION NEEDED: Five routine samples need to be submitted in the month of October.
