| Details: | SUMMARY: Three repeat samples taken 11/24/08 were total coliform positive DETAILS: System has been on boil notice since December 2007 storm damage and has been issuing quarterly boil water notices to customers until the situation is resolved. System is actively pursuing merger with Wauna Water District and the use of their spring sources. System is also in the process of installing a continous disinfection system for the Wauna Water District source - estimated to be completed by the middle of December 2008. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to distribute precautionary boil water notice and pursue development of alternative source with Wauna Water District. System is also in the process of installing a continous disinfection system - estimated to be completed by the middle of December 2008. | ||
