Details: SUMMARY: Positive total coliform collected on 9/8/08 DETAILS: 9/11/08 I left a message at the store requesting that Jim Blankenship call me. 9/11/08 Jim called and informed me that he is submitting four repeat samples today. 9/12/08 Four repeat samples tested negative for total coliform. I left a voice mail for Jim informing him of the results and notifying him of the need to collect five temporary routine samples in the month of October. ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routine samples need to be collected in the month of October.
