| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Positive coliform sample on 8/5/08, they subsequently took 4 repeat samples on 8/8/08 which all returned negative. They also took 5 routine samples in September which were all negative. ACTION NEEDED: Instructed to take 4 repeat samples as soon as possible and 5 routine samples next month. They were also instructed to post a notice and send a copy to YCPH. The notice was never received. | ||
