| Details: | SUMMARY: none DETAILS: system had routine positive 9/10/08. Took 4 repeats 9/15/08 and all 4 positive. System posted boil water notice 9/15 even though not necessary. System chlorinated 9/16 and took two verification samples, both absent. Discussed public notice with Ed and faxed PN templates. Ed thins problem may have been from hose attached to hose bib with no backflow device. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 temporary routines in October. System is sending representative to 9/25 small ground water operators class. | ||
