| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: I attempted to contact Tom Carey,operator, by phone but left a message to call me. I was contacted by Darrel Fields, backup operator. He thought there was a problem with the uv system. He has Hillsboro Pump helping them with repairs. I notified Mr. Fields of the requirement for 4 repeat samples and if negative, 5 routines the following month. He will fax me the test results and have lab send results to the state DWP. ACTION NEEDED: Sept 15, 2008 The 4 repeats were completed September 4, 2008 and were negative for coliform. | ||
