| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform 9/16/08 DETAILS: 9/23/08 Called & spoke with Carol Hodgin. She indicated that they had already treated the system & repeats were going to be taken tomorrow. I informed her to take 4 repeats samples rather than the 5 she believed they needed. I told her if all 4 repeats are negative they will need 5 temporary routine samples in October. She said she understood. I told her if she has any other questions to call me. ACTION NEEDED: Will continue to monitor. | ||
