| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive TC, chlorine residual of .1ppm. Repeats will be taken 9/15/08 or 9/16/08 DETAILS: Operator only had a .1 ppm residual. She had not been notified of the positive results from the lab yet. The sample site is down a dead end line. She will schedule 4 repeat samples. ACTION NEEDED: I asked Tia to look at her chlorine residuals and try to move them up towards a .25 ppm. Take 4 repeats. | ||
