| Details: | SUMMARY: alert total coliform confirmed DETAILS: Spoke with Katie today regarding the repeat results taken 11/26/08, three of four were total coliform present. I emailed her public notice template as well as helath effects fact sheet that has instructions on how to shock chlorinate the system. She said they will shock tomorrow and re-test 5 days after flushing. She is aware of 5 routines in month of December 2008. ACTION NEEDED: corrective action and take five routines in Dec 08. | ||
