| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform sample 9/11/08 DETAILS: John had not received info from the lab that the sample was negative. He will get 4 repeats samples tested right away. I told him to call if any of the 4 are positive. If they are all negative I told him to be sure to get 5 temporary routine samples for October. ACTION NEEDED: Will continue to monitor. | ||
