| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform for repeats DETAILS: Spoke with Janene who called this office on 9/26 to tell me that she had positive samples on her repeats. I told her that she needed to send out a public notice to her water system users. I emailed her the link to the unresolved TC positive state template and she understood that is what she needs to use. She will be chlorinating the system to remove the coliform issue. I recommended that she take a couple of clean "special samples" before sending in the 5 temporary routine samples. I told her she will need to try to get the 5 samples done by the end of October. I also asked her to send me a copy of the completed public notice. 9/30/08 Called janene back to be sure she got the email and to let her know that our office got the alert for her positives. She said they we in the process of chlorinating. I told her if she has any questions please call me. She said she would if she needed to. ACTION NEEDED: Will continue to monitor the situation.
